The seller offers nautical activities for sale online, including but not limited to boat trips, parasailing, sea fishing, water taxi excursions, private boat charters with skipper, paddleboarding, boat license training, and towed water sports.

Ordering

The customer can place an order directly on the website by selecting the desired products or services, indicating the desired dates and times, and proceeding with secure online payment.

Prices

The prices of products and services are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They are subject to change at any time by the seller, but the prices in effect at the time of the order are those applicable to the customer.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method accepted by the website. The order will only be considered valid after payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation

Once the order is validated and payment confirmed, the seller will send the customer a confirmation email summarizing the order details, as well as the information necessary to complete the booked activity.

Cancellation and Refund

In the event of cancellation by Ile de Ré Nautisme, a full refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation by the customer, no refund will be issued; tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Liability

The seller undertakes to provide products and services in accordance with the descriptions and applicable quality standards. However, the seller declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, material damage, or personal injury occurring during the activities offered.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be made first. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be seized in accordance with applicable law.

Modification of the Terms and Conditions

The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the website.
